Quality Assurance Director

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE QA DIRECTOR:
1. Assist in the completion of physical plant, program and documentation inspections and audits on all facilities and operations.
2. Monitors all facilities using the BRFL and other placing agency monitoring tools. Works to coordinate documentation with monitoring visits by outside agency monitors. Completes corrective action plans needed for agencies.
3. Oversees license renewals, contract renewals and new contracts.
4. Oversee and complete all credentialing of licensed individuals.
5. Oversees the gathering, compiling, recording and filing of routine documentation, clinical file archiving and incident/ESR reporting.
6. Participate in proposals and contract renewal process.
7. Keep accurate documentation of Agency contract and license renewal.
8. Communication with outside agencies to remain in compliance.
9. Relay information to other departments, have good communication between SCOA and agencies.
10. Work proactively to identify areas of concern and effectively coordinate implementation plans with Director of Residential Services (DRS) and other internal departments.
11. Send information as requested to agencies, etc.
12. Assist in updating SCOA Policy & Procedures.
13. Assist in program description changes and enforcement.
14. Assist in preparing for audits in conjunction with agency guidelines.
15. Provide supervision of assigned subordinates.
16. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. Must understand ADHS, BRFL and OLR rules and regulations.
2. Must understand all terms and conditions of SCOA contracts, and work effectively with outside stakeholders and agencies.
3. Must understand all terms and conditions of CARF accreditation principals.
4. Must have a high degree of communication skills both orally and in writing.
5. Must have exceptional computer and documentation skills.
6. Able to work with minimal supervision using judgment of importance to the organization. Self-starter, organized, and attention to detail.
7. Must be able to present self in a highly professional manner.
8. Highest ethical standards.
9. Strong professional boundaries with ability to objectively present requirement to staff and report deficiencies.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Possess a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma.
2. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in the Human Services field.
3. Must be at least 21 years of age.
4. Ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card, or in current possession.
5. Valid Arizona Driver's License.
6. Must pass a TB test and medical exam capable of performing the essential functions of this job.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
