The primary responsibility of the Repair/Rental Center Associate is to process Stihl equipment repairs, chain sharpening, tool sharpening and process rentals in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure customers are receiving the best customer serviceMaintain a safe, organized and clean shopRespond to repair center callsResponsible for getting projects done in an efficient and timely mannerEnsure all Stihl paperwork for each tool sold is completed and on-line warranty is submittedKeep up with current Stihl training and new productsOrder Stihl equipment accordinglyMaintain and clean rental equipmentProcess rentalsRequirements Ability to stand for extended periods of timeAbility and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
Able to tactfully and pleasantly deal with customersSkills/Knowledge:
Must be Stihl certified ( or willing to become Stihl certified).
Knowledge of chain sharpening, tool sharpening, and Stihl repairs.
