Responsibilities:
Assist clients with basic personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Check and record patient vital signs.
Perform light housekeeping duties.
Assist client in getting into and out of bed, transferring to and from a wheelchair or walker.
Accompany Client to medical appointments.
Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or G.
E.
D.
certificate.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Previous experience as a personal care assistant preferred but not required.
Access to reliable and insured transportation.
Ability to monitor vital signs.
